How ProofTurn works

Open Properties in your dashboard and choose Add property. Enter the property name and address. That is where every job — cleaning, repair, or inspection — is tracked.

Your plan sets how many properties you can add. You can upgrade any time from Settings.

Open Workers and add each person you rely on — cleaners, handymen, inspectors. Save their name, phone, and email, plus a role (Cleaner, Maintenance, Inspector, or Other).

Workers never need a ProofTurn account. You are simply building a directory so jobs can be assigned in one click.

Save time on every job. On a property, pick a default worker. Under Settings → Checklist templates, build reusable templates for Cleaning, Repair, Inspection, and Other — then assign a default template per property and job type.

When you create a job, ProofTurn fills in the worker and checklist for you. You can always override them.

Create a job by hand, or let ProofTurn create it for you. Pick the property, job type, date, and deadline, then assign a worker and checklist. For repeats, choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Prefer it hands-off? Add a property's booking calendar URL (iCal) and ProofTurn syncs automatically every few hours. Each guest checkout creates a Cleaning job for you — no duplicates.

When a job is created, ProofTurn automatically emails the assigned worker a secure job link. The email includes the property, job details, deadline, and secure link. The worker does not need an account or app — they simply open the link from the email in any phone or computer browser.

You can also copy the link from the job and send it yourself by text or email. Each link works for exactly one job — a worker can never see another job, your other properties, or any of your private account data.

The worker opens the link, taps Start job, and works through the checklist. They upload photos with optional captions for each step. Required tasks must be checked before the job can be completed.

When everything is done, they tap Complete. The job status, timestamps, and photo proof update in your dashboard instantly.

Back in your dashboard you see each job's live status. When a job is done, open the completion report: the property, job details, worker, scheduled, started and completed times, the full checklist, and every photo with its caption.

Reports are clean and printable — perfect for sharing with a guest, owner, or property manager as proof the work was done.
