Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProofTurn web application (the “Service”). ProofTurn is operated by Nikoloz Makhatadze, an individual/sole proprietor based in Georgia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

About the Service

ProofTurn is a subscription SaaS application for short-term-rental owners and property managers. It lets you create and assign cleaning, repair, and inspection jobs, share secure links with workers, track checklists and photo proof, and view completion reports.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract. If using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Subscriptions and billing

ProofTurn is offered as a monthly subscription. Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Committing fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfering with the security of the Service, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping.
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing unauthorised access.
• Uploading content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual property

ProofTurn retains ownership of the Service and all intellectual property in it, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or pose a security or fraud risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ProofTurn operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
